This policy covers the website and email enquiries. Recluse Reps will have a separate privacy policy describing its verified practices.
WHAT INFORMATION WE USE
A little information. A clear purpose.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message or attachments. We use this to respond, provide the help you request, and handle privacy enquiries.
Emailing us is voluntary. Without enough information, we may be unable to answer your question. Please avoid sending sensitive information we don't need.
Delivering the website also involves technical information, such as your IP address and details of your browser and page requests.
We don't intentionally use analytics, advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies. We don't send marketing emails or sell or rent personal information.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, or where the law requires us to keep it.
THE SERVICES WE USE
A short list. No mystery guests.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Your information. Your say.
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access, and ask us to correct or delete it. You may also object to processing, or withdraw consent where we rely on it, subject to applicable legal conditions.
